I am in need of your help. Please listen carefully, cause the dilemma I got going is not to be taken lightly. So here's the deal.

In all reality, if you were to become a porn star wouldn't you want to use your real name. I mean come on stand and be proud "I am Patrick and I am a porn star". What man wouldn't envy you. If I had to pick one, I would say Alex Playah.
